1. Right click on the driver file and select properties (R105155).
2. Select COMPATIBILITY.
3. Check " run this program in compatibility mode for" Select windows XP from the list.
4. Apply and OK. Close it.
5. Right click again on R105155 and select run as administrator to install.

If it did not install,

1. Go to C:\dell\drivers\R105155
2. Right click on setup and set the compatibility to windows XP.
